Sabin Harris, born in Utica, NY on April 23, 1955 passed away on November 16, 2014, surrounded by his family. Sabin was born to Anna Mae Harris and predeceased by his father, Rossie Lee Harris. Sabin was a graduate of Utica Free Academy and Utica College. Sabin enjoyed playing basketball, training for 10K's and was an avid inventor. Sabin is survived by his mother, Anna Mae Harris, his children; Carmella Harris (Philadelphia, PA); Daymond Harris (Utica, NY); and grandson, Joshua Harris (Philadelphia, PA). Sisters; Rosalind M. Harris (Utica, NY); Reba A (Karl) Natt (Charlotte, NC); Valerie J. Harris (Albany, NY) and brothers Robert M. (Margaret) Harris (Wellington, NJ); Ross L. (Lynn) Harris, Jr. (Providence, RI); and Randall E. (Norise) Harris (Albany, NY); and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members. Calling hours are on Saturday, November 22 from 10 - 11am at T. Revels-Gibson Funeral Home, 144 Eagle Street, with services immediately following. Interment will be in the spring of 2015.
