Debra Ann (Tip) Leggett-McKenna 51, of Utica passed away May 3, 2014 in Faxton-St. Lukes Healthcare. Debra is survived by sisters; Alma (Robert) Willis Sr., of Buena Park, CA, Winifred and Linda Leggett, of Utica, brothers; Roger Jackson, of Macon, GA, Gary Jackson and Michael Leggett, of Utica, special friend, Donald Billins and a host of other relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Moses Leggett and Emma Lee Jackson, sisters, Delores Leggett and Jeanette Cave. Friends may all on Monday, May 12, 2014, from 10:00 am until the 12:00 noon funeral service at T. Revels-Gibson Funeral Chapel.
