David (Dave) Duggins, 80. of Utica, departed this life Monday, March 24, 2014, in Faxton-St. Lukes Healthcare, New Hartford, NY. He was born September 18, 1933, in Martin County, NC to the late, John Andrews and Beatrice Duggins. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Willie Mae Duggins, three daughters, three sons, two sisters, three brothers, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Friends may call on Saturday, March 29, 2014, from 10)) am until the 12:00 noon funeral service at Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church 1108 Court Street Utica. Rev. Leonard Himes will officiate, Rev. George Clark will be the Eulogist. Arrangements by T. Revels-Gibson Funeral Service
