Norman Glasper, 62 went to be with the Lord on August 13, 2024. Norman A. Glasper was born on September 17, 1961, in Monticello, New York, to the late Johnnie Mae Simmions and William Lockhart. He received his education in local schools and attended Utica Free Academy for High School. Norman was an avid fan of Basketball, Football, and he really enjoyed watching professional wrestling, and listening to 70’s music. Norman was beloved by his family and friends, He really loved to joke around and be the center of attention. He was full of life and energy, enjoying family cookouts, and get togethers. He always had a word of advice for everyone and was very stern on his positions during any debates. Norman leaves behind to cherish his memories, One Son, Norman Anthony Jones and Two Grand Children. Isaiah Anthony Jones and Princeton Bernard Jones; siblings Terry A Johnson of Savanna Ga. Kevin & Thelma Lockhart of Syracuse NY, Cynthia Lockhart, Robert Lockhart, Kennth Lockhart, and Eric Glasper of Utica Ny, Marvin Lockhart of San Antoinio Tx. A host of Nieces and Nephews aunts, and uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
