Jaun'zel Billins, 13, of Utica/Syracuse, NY passed away unexpectedly March 25, 2012, in SUNY Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, NY. Due to a long term illness. He is the son of LaShauna Chavis, of Syracuse, NY and Jeffrey Billins Sr., of Rochester, NY. He is survived by his parents, brothers, Jeffrey Jr. and Jahsir, a sister, Nya, a host of family and friends. A going home service will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Kingdom Harvest Church 706 N. Madison St. Rome, NY. with calling hours from 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm funeral service. Arrangements by T.Revels-Gibson Funeral Service Inc.
