Mr. William (Butchy) Jerome Bell, of Utica, departed this life April 3, 2012. He was born August 28, 1958 in New Hartford, NY. He was the son of late William and Blanche Bell. Butch was a member of St. Paul's Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army. Survivors include a sister, Sherisse Bell, Niece, Shimeen Bell, nephew, Plummer D. Reed, a great niece, Niyonna Reed, great nephews, Jayden Bell, Nasire Reed and Jahtavious Reed, aunts, Annie R. Bell, Lena Bell and Versie Bell, all of Utica. a host of other relatives and friends, especially Laura Phillips and Tom Revels. He was predeceased by his parents and sisters, Freida Bell and Sylvia Mitchell. Friends may call on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 11:00 am until the 12:00 noon funeral service at T.Revels-Gibson Funeral Chapel.
