Charles was a good man , he helped me a lot through out my volunteering service and I am glad that I met Charles . He welcomed me with an open arm even though people judged me because I was Muslim and no one want to take me in because I was Muslim but Charles didn't judge me , I can't believe he is gone but he is in better place , I know it's hurts me even though I didn't know he like that but the moment I met him , I could feel the love he had for the community and he was always there for people . He has a good heart , I send my condolences to his family and friends because ya lost a good man with a good heart . I will forever be grateful for knowing Charles even if it was for a short time .
I hope ya hearts heal soon , he may be gone but he will never be forgotten and stay strong for him , he is looking above u guys
For Charles parents ya raised a great man with a good heart and his devotion was always his community , he didn't care about races or religion , he welcomed people with open arm and he always put his community before himself and I know it's hurts but , he is watching u guys .
I am sorry for not knowing his passing sooner , I just found out he passed away and my condolences are with you guys .

Robinson Family,
I was very sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, friend and my good friend, Charles who I had the pleasure of meeting and working with for about 15+ years at the Hope House.
I always used to bring him fresh fish for which he was truly grateful. Charles was a kind, caring and gentle person who we will all sorely miss. I will be making a financial contribution to the Hope House in Charles' memory.
I have added you and your family to my daily prayer list. And, when I attend mass on Sunday, I will add you and your family to our parish book of prayers.
May our Good Lord watch over, bless, protect, comfort and console you and your family as you endure this difficult, trying and sad time in your lives.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family in your time of loss and sorrow.
God Bless.
Rob Sherman

Charles brought me a great deal of joy. At Hope House, he would wear his King Crab apron when I wore the Lady Lobster apron he gave me. We always felt that we behaved better when wearing these aprons. Once, he made me some of the most delicious rice pudding evert! We never agreed about baseball -- or other topics like food or politics, but we enjoyed each other's company. One of my greatest memories was going with him to see Derek Jeter at Hamilton College on one of the worst weather nights of the year in 2015.
