On behalf of my family we send our deepest condolences to the Mann Family. William or as "Mann" as he was known to our family, as he frequent our home many times. He grew up with my older brother David. I remember William to be a soft spoken easy going guy. His spirit allowed him to be a great influence on others. R.I.P. "Mann".
