Obituary of Jimmy Lee Sherman

Jimmy Lee Sherman, 69, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 2, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Hospital. The son of the late Leonard Sherman and Ruther Mae, Jimmy was born April 6, 1946, in Sneads, Fl. He is survived by his sons, Jimmy (Vicki) Sherman, Timothy Sherman and Gregory Sherman, all of Utica, NY. daughter, Martha Hewitt, of Sneads, Fl, brothers, William (WJ) Sherman, of Gainesville, Fl, Eugene Sherman, of Woodbridge,VA, King Sherman, of St. Pete, Fl. , sisters, Annie Mae (James) Howard, of Utica, NY, Luddie ( Benjamin) Smith, of Sneads, Fl., Frances Perez, of Miramar, Fl. , grandchildren, Destiny, Jada, Aloncea, Shanell, Bryson, Rose, Devon, Kahleb, Donnie, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, friends and his Friendship Baptist Church family. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife, Gloria Sherman, sister, Weeda Walker, brothers, Walter Sherman, Roosevelt Sherman, Robert Sherman and Johnny Sherman. Jimmy was always in church. He was very kind and hard working, always there to lend a helping hand. He always had a smile on his face.
